From the first encounter, Nampelka is going to follow its community of women in their professional and personal journeys.
We have developed a six months Program to support our women in a successful growth path pairing them into Chamas. Digital meetings and workshops will facilitate their relationships and improve their business with real actions.
THE CHAMAS
Nampelka is an ecosystem of Chamas.
A Chama is a match between a Kenyan and
European woman who work on a business idea.
A Chama is a place that enables two women to know each other
and grow both economically and in terms of expertise.

"Chama" derive from the Kiswahili word for "group" or "body".
A Chama is an informal cooperative society that is used
to pool and invest savings in East Africa.
NAMPELKA ENTREPRENEURS
Due to Kenya’s history as British colony, a large part of the society still strives to consume imported goods. Mugethi faces several cultural challenges in order to sell natural beauty products.
Mary is the founder of Sixhills Boutique. Mary believes in the importance of sustainability, so she started producing high-quality bags and design accessories with sustainable leather.
Olivia is a singer and songwriter. In 2012 she decided to become an artist and released her first album: Olivia Ambani The Awakening. She recorded a number of singles and EP's.
Lulu is an artist and graphic designer. She loves expressing her creativity with art and illustrations. She founded Lulu Kitololo Studio to sell her pieces of art.
After having studied and lived in UK, Cheptoo decided to go back to Kenya to develop her professional career in her hometown. With her sister Chebet, Cheptoo launched their own candle business: The Hills Collection
Wanjiku believes that spaces should be both functional and beautiful. In 2017 she founded Ridadi Design Studio to offer architectural and interior design consulting to clients.
