Joining requires membership in our community. Once you’re part of our network and ready to begin, we can kick-start the mentorship process. Both African entrepreneurs and international experts are welcome. We are open to any type of business sector and stage.
We use a specialized “recipe” we’ve refined over three years. We look at the type of challenge you’re facing, as well as personal interests, to pair you with a mentor whose expertise aligns with your specific needs. This ensures a focused and productive partnership.
Mentoring typically involves bi-weekly calls of 1–2 hours each, running up to four months in total. You and your mentor can decide on the exact schedule, ensuring it fits both your availabilities.
Sessions are flexible and can be conducted through virtual meetings—video calls, standard phone calls, or even WhatsApp calls. You and your mentor can coordinate what works best for both of you each month, making the program easy to integrate into your routine.

We have a very strong matching process. However, if it happens, then you can always let us know and we can stop the collaboration. Of course, we will then find a new mentor for you that is more suitable.
