My experience spans various roles, including leading teams of up to 15 individuals, with a strong focus on their professional development. Over the years, I've successfully managed complex projects, covering areas like digital marketing strategy, customer experience design, organizational structure optimization, change management, innovation, customer service digitalization, customer insights analysis, and social media analytics.
Now as an independent consultant I collaborating with top-level executives in both B2B and B2C enterprises on a global scale and I'm excited to bring my expertise and passion to new challenges and collaborations.
